Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within South Africa.

• You will be notified via SMS when your parcel is ready for collection at your nearest PEP Store (for PAXI shipments).

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be sent to you via SMS once your order has shipped.

• You can monitor your parcel’s progress directly on the PEP PAXI Courier website.

• Upon arrival, you will receive an SMS notification to collect your order.

Shipping Address
